Real estate has always been part of Samantha Foy’s life. With a mother in real estate and a father involved in construction, home design, and rental properties, she developed an early appreciation for the potential a property can hold.
Together with her husband, Ryan, Samantha owns and manages a growing portfolio of furnished rental properties throughout Central Indiana. Her hands-on experience with renovations, investments, and analyzing the market gives her a practical perspective when helping clients. Whether it’s finding the perfect family home, seeing the possibilities in a fixer-upper, or exploring investment opportunities, she enjoys helping people recognize potential and make confident decisions.

Before becoming a Realtor, Samantha worked as a respiratory therapist, where she developed a deep appreciation for empathy, patience, and truly listening to people. She understands that buying or selling a home can be emotional and sometimes overwhelming. Her goal is to make sure every client feels heard, supported, and comfortable working through whatever challenges come their way.

Outside of real estate, Samantha and Ryan are proud parents of four children. They love traveling, exploring new places, and spending time camping and boating at their little island on Lake Wawasee in Northern Indiana.
